Consultations: It is very important for clients to ensure that they make the right choice when selecting an attorney to represent him or her in their family law case. Due to the importance of this decision, we offer one no-obligation consultation to all potential clients to allow the client the opportunity to discuss their case confidentially and receive feedback and legal advice from the attorney. Both the client and the attorney can use this meeting to determine if they are a good fit for one another and develop a proposed strategy for proceeding. Please note that for clients interested in mediation services, we require that both Parties attend the initial consultation. We look forward to meeting you.

Rates: Every case is unique and requires a different approach. For this reason, we do not generally set our retainer fees and rates, and instead prefer to meet with our potential client(s), determine the scope of work to be completed, and devise a payment arrangement that meets both parties’ needs. In some limited scenarios, we offer flat-rate services and/or monthly payment plans.
